Grand Opening Old Parcel Office - 31st March 2007

The Grand Opening of the Old Parcel Office Community Art Centre on Bridlington Railway Station Concourse took place on 31st March 2007. Over 400 people attended and the event.

The opening ceremony was performed in style by the very popular actor Bill Ward (Coronation Street), he was given a warm welcome, great applause and cheers from the fans.

Guests came from all over the country, and represented various organisations including Northern Rail, The Railway Heritage Trust and the Mayor and Mayoress of Bridlington.
